Studios start from approximately ~$260/night all-in for conference week (Sep 21-25), including the $198 room rate, $30 daily amenity fee, and Denver taxes. The amenity fee covers breakfast for two, wifi, a $15 Rook Rooftop credit, laundry, and fitness center access.
